[Technical Case] Introduction of Underwater Granulation Technology for Engineering Plastics

Since it uses electric heater heating, a separate heat source device is not necessary! Introducing the underwater granulation technology of Enpla.

We are pleased to introduce a new type of die that incorporates advanced technologies, including the adoption of insulation structures, and has developed underwater pelletizing technology for high melting point engineering plastics. We have adopted an electric heater heating method that allows for the die to be heated and maintained at high temperatures of over 300°C. This eliminates the need for a separately installed heat source, enabling significant space savings and cost reductions. We will continue to develop various underwater pelletizers (UWC) for engineering plastics in the future.
